Not sure if I follow. The pilot you refer to was awarded EWR 777 FO on this bid but the most junior FO was still hired 6/2/07.

Are you sure it's not 2/6/07? Small difference but I looked at the list several times. GH, #M5821, correct? I don't think they've hired into it since then.

Pocaholes doesn't go to bed alone; she's got herself a husband, believe it or not.

Although with that clear case of penis-envy, you've gotta wonder how much misery he's in. Don't know whether to feel more sorry for her F/O's or her husband.

Tough call. ;)

Can't believe GUM went to a new-hire. Wonder how junior it went in class? I would have bid that in a heartbeat,,, 2nd year pay and all the surfing and diving you can stand. :D

Expressjet posts 2Q loss

Don't get all high and mighty Pocono. Tell me how is reserve life treating you? Enjoying your 12 days off a month? Those lines for Sept got shorter and you just went deeper into reserve.

Now go sit ARC for a while.

How bad must the QoL be to bid back down to gear jerker, instead of Captain.

If she perceives the two positions as 'captain' and 'gear jerker', then she must just be a riot to fly with - NOT!! God, what a miserable b---h!!!

Yeah, life is so horrible here at CAL. A guy like me just missed 737CA by two numbers (bottom three CA's were in my new-hire class), but I'll be enjoying the 777 in the meantime - it sux so bad!! I'll admit that I've been working hard (and having a great time), but as of July, I've already make $50K so far this year - it must be so much better at a regional though - NOT!!

Do us all a favor and stay at XJT for the rest of your f---ed - up life...you give the hard-working females (if you really are one) a bad name!!

Pokemyho still does not understand the concept of moving on to where the money flows. When Mesa comes to town she will be sorry that she did not have the skills to make it on.

POSITION - HIRE DATE

EWR 737 CA - 09/13/05
IAH 737 CA - 01/01/04
CLE 737 CA - 07/15/98
GUM 737 CA - 06/01/93
EWR 756 CA - 11/01/99

Not posting the rest of the CA's as they were hired before 1993.

EWR 777 FO - 06/02/07
IAH 756 FO - 02/27/07
IAH 777 FO - 06/30/98
CLE 737 FO - 07/17/07
GUM 737 FO - 07/10/07

Not posting the rest of the FO's as they will all be newhires. I'm not nearly as detailed as CAL EWR B737 but I'm sure he'll provide some additional info.

I think you have some #'s switched around. JR Capt. 737 IAH was a 01/04/01 hire(not an 04 hire).

I understand EWR going junior, but look at IAH! Just about three years to hold CA in IAH isn't bad at all. Good for you guys.

Jan 01 is bottom IAH CA 737, so it is still 7 years or so..........Granted there will be a jump since there was no hiring for a few years. I would think the # will come down to 4 years on the next bid.
