POSITION - HIRE DATE

EWR 737 CA - 09/13/05
IAH 737 CA - 01/01/04
CLE 737 CA - 07/15/98
GUM 737 CA - 06/01/93
EWR 756 CA - 11/01/99

Not posting the rest of the CA's as they were hired before 1993.

EWR 777 FO - 06/02/07
IAH 756 FO - 02/27/07
IAH 777 FO - 06/30/98
CLE 737 FO - 07/17/07
GUM 737 FO - 07/10/07

Not posting the rest of the FO's as they will all be newhires. I'm not nearly as detailed as CAL EWR B737 but I'm sure he'll provide some additional info.

fo 777 question

Correct me if I am wrong, but the way I read the bid award it looks to me like G9399 was the most junior hold 777 fo. There is much more junior people on the airplane but they were in place prior to this bid.

Please let know if I am missing something.

Thanks

It took 12 yrs for my number to hold the left seat here.

Timing sure is everything in the business?

twad, yes, you read that correctly; the last person M5821 I think is an March '07 hire.

People were talking about CA to FO's, I'll use the EWR FO B756 example; of the top 50, 13 moved up after hanging out with the good life. My guess the top 50's numbers have held CA for the last 8 yrs (not counting backwards for 9/11).

I understand EWR going junior, but look at IAH! Just about three years to hold CA in IAH isn't bad at all. Good for you guys.

Not sure if I follow. The pilot you refer to was awarded EWR 777 FO on this bid but the most junior FO was still hired 6/2/07.

Glad I sidestepped this train wreck.

How bad must the QoL be to bid back down to gear jerker, instead of Captain.

Sounds like a great place to be.

NOT! LOL

Keep foolin' yourself sweetheart. Everyone else knows the truth.

Question is... do you just put on the holier than thou front for flightinfo or do you lie to yourself every night after you go to bed alone??

By the way, nice horses... you sad, sad little girl...
