Talked to a friend of mine in HR here at Pinnacle. They get about half a dozen new resumes from Flexjet F/O's every week.

Of course, that's half a dozen resumes of about 100+ total resumes received so it's a small amount, but there are plenty of guys there at Flexjet looking over here thinking two years to upgrade in a CRJ with a biddable schedule of 14-16 days off within 6 months is worth a cut in pay. About 3 years to break even with about half again as many days off.

Kind of makes regional airline life seem not so bad... I know I enjoy it more than I did Flexjet - except for the empty legs - nothing like an empty Learjet to remind you how much fun flying can be sometimes! :)

Are you responsible for getting yourself to you domicile, or do they pay to fly you there?
