Not necessarily. Now if you failed the MMPI, you go to a panel of pilots, doctors, lawyers etc and they make the call on whether or not to hire said individual.
If they do not hire you, the game is up. You cannot re interview.
I know of a few people that had issues with the MMPI and were hired after this panel, FWIW.

Thanks for the info. I'll probably never see the corridors of Delta anyhoo. Too many things working against me. I've just heard a lot of negative buzz about their MMPI test.

Clever, maybe. I don't think anything about this situation is funny. There are some things in this world that shouldn't be made light of... ever. After hearing all the details of this incident this afternoon, I'm convinced this is one of them. Poor kids.
