I wonder what that guy did to abuse those engines so badly? In August, it will be my 20th anniversary in aviation. In that time, I've only had one engine failure in a worn-out 182. First of all, I think this guy's story is BS, just because he didn't like the job. But if it's not, with such an unprecedented failure rate, I'd be inclined to think it was pilot technique.
Someone In The Majors Section Replied That They Knew Someone Who Had 4 Engine Failures In The Time He Worked There....may Be Complete (b.s) But If Thats True There Is Something Wrong....most People Can Go A Career These Days Without 1 More Less 4 In A Short Period.
