Yea I know. The stapler worked out well for USAPA didn’t it. Some people here have apparently never read anything regarding the USAPA trial. In the event; be it unlikely or not; Mesa would be entitled by law to a fair process by which to determine the new list.

O yea just letting you know we have a merger fund.

why would they integrate to begin with? Skywest inc WILL NEVER merge with mesa or buy them out... ITS NOT SMART MONEY to do so... wait till they are chp 7 and buy the assets they want.. Then if they were to hire, it would be whoever they want, those that have the CRJ experience and are still current, and if a program was approved by the FAA, a training program could be modified. EITHER WAY, NO ONE IS DUMB ENOUGH TO MERGE OR BUY OUT MESA... the DEBT is not worth it....

Why would it be a problem since one airline is ALPA and the other isn't? That being the case, I think it would be easier. Something along the lines of "We bought you, you're stapled".

What would happen is the Mesa MEC would petition to merge with ASA and that's just something the ASA pilots wouldn't want.
