How?

Easy: Let the ramp and ops destroy the airline. DON'T do anybody else's job. As a pilot....just fly and perform by the book.

It's the pilots who pick up the pieces. STOP!

Fly the Book. Let the ramp, departure coordinator's and gate do Their Jobs. Quit picking up Their Slack. Bryan will figure it out soon enough.

Duh! How long have we been saying this? Time to get serious... the MEC and CNC are practically begging for our help!

Are you saying the MEC and CNC are depending on a slowdown? Isn't that illegal? A slowdown will simply make things worse at this point.

Why is this so difficult to grasp?

IT IS NOT A SLOWDOWN.

IT IS REFUSING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR A COMPANY THAT WON'T GO AN INCH FOR YOU.

Didn't the Delta ALPA get sued for not picking up open time? That would be the same wouldn't it? Just asking a question, seems like the same thing the Delta pilots got in trouble for. Could make things even worse.

What is it that you do not understand? We are asking fellow pilots not to pick up the Slack of other non flying coworkers. Let them do Their jobs and see how the On time performance looks. Do your job and your job only.

Last time I read the book(FOM) it said that every time an aircraft comes into ATL it is supposed to get catered, cleaned, lav dumped, windshield washed and any other needs as required.
