It is too bad more people don't think like this. I mean that. There has to be a limit to not wanting to do this below a certain amount of $$! I am also looking a my plan "B". The problem Palerider957 is that you and I are setting limits, and that is admirable, but there is always someone willing to do our job for less, its just facts! If enough people said "screw this," then maybe our wages would stop heading south as the cost of living keeps going north.
