Hardly enough to make up for the furloughs.

I know us flying in ATL and CVG causes heartburn for some guys at ASA, but the argument that if ASA was doing the flying instead of OO would have prevented the furloughs isn't holding.

22 flights a day is 2% of our max flights per day in the summer. 2% of our pilot group is approximately 40. We furloughed 136 total.

And, for JoeMerchant, you forget that the 900s coming here in 2006 were in exchange for the 12 or so 700s we flew out of SLC that were to be transferred. So, either way we lost, at least we got a good contract.

Like I asked Joe, what would their pay and QOL be without the bar being raised at the union carriers over the years?
You're kidding right? It's the ALPO carrier that have been taking pay cut after pay cut. Then you have Gems like Mesa who keep the bar lowered.....You know, that other ALPA carrier.

SKW got a pay raise this year. Which other regional did?

Are you seriously joking? ASA got a pay raise in 11/07 and 11/08, and we are due for one in 11/09, and 11/10. Also, we got a per diem raise in 5/09.

SkyWest only got a pay raise because ASA got one. Had they not, they would be about 10% behind ASA pay.

You consider that a pay raise? They've treated you like crap for the last 5 years, paid you peanuts. Finally dangling a carrot infront of your face, the pilot group was so desperate for anything, that they signed the contract.

Who treated them like crap? Curious, what pay raises have the 120 pilots received in the last three years or so? In any case, what you described is the SKW votes.;)

Who do you work for, again?

You need to check your facts and dates cause Skywest pilots got a raise just before the ASA pilots got one. The ASA MEC was stalling, probably to see what the Skywest pilots were going to get and figuring they wouldnt do much better decided to take what Skywest, Inc offered them. That's a fact, Jack!
