Oh, and by the way Jason Ianiro, would you boast on a forum at your alma mater (Southern Illinois University) how many times you cheated on exams while enrolled there?

Are you implying that the 29 sick calls were not legit?

Also I dont care if you know my full name,

And yes I am leaving the industry after my FMLA runs out, I have a new kid and I am now a stay at home dad,

-Goo/ Jason Michael Ianiro, Eureka California

The best to all of you, and I will continue to read and enjoy these boards, unfortunately I will get kicked off sapaforums.org and I-share when my resignation is final.

Though I will be eligable to vote YES in the ALPA vote!

c ya

Sweet!

You won't be able to get the firetruck to spray over the jet since your already retired!

The nicest thing about your retirement?

I move up a number! :)

PS happy for your new position. SAHD

Good thing is.....you look like a stay at home dad. SkyWest and this industry is better off without you.

Geez! Some peoples' kids. Saddest part is that now this is gonna be another Jason Jr. running around. And in 20-some years he'll be bragging about stupid crap just like his dad. I'm pretty sure he'll have a stupid picture of himself on the web too.

Mojito, ever heard of carma? You are a loser.

Wait....did I start this topic? You know, bragging about how many sick days I've had. Yes, you are correct 120% Torque, I am a loser. (Please insert sarcastic tone at the beginning of this post.) By the way, it's karma with a "k".

Ok, you have bad KARMA coming your way! Feel better? This guy is punching out of the industry, something that years ago would have seemed insane after what has been invested. Today it makes more sense than ever if he has a goto plan. I give him credit for having the courage to do what is best for his health and family in the long run. If he wants to have a little fun with this reliability report (which truly is ridiculous) on his way out then let him. He doesn't need "dont let the door hit you on the way out" comments from trolls like you.

Well, geez, I stand corrected. I didn't realize it takes "courage" to do what is best for your health and family. It always comes naturally to me. My family and health come first--courage not required. I guess you're one of those guys that wants a cookie for "doin' what you 'posed to do." Furthermore, giving him credit for anything speaks a ton about your work ethics. I guess when I'm ready to "punch out" I'll just walk off on a turn. Nothing like leaving your crew, aircraft, and returning passengers in CUN. After all, it'll just be me "having a little fun on my way out."

I say again: Some peoples' children!

Yes it does take courage for this guy to leave the industry. He paid his dues getting here and at least deserves some respect for that. It is not easy to do what he is doing but I can see from your pathetic tone you are going to try to defend your weak position all common sense be damned. I hardly think him posting this report comes anywhere close to you deciding to "walk off on a turn in CUN, leaving crew, aircraft and passengers behind." Are you stupid or something? There is not even a remote comparison in this but nice try on trying spin the arguement. Go to sleep school boy.

Sorry, but it does not take courage to leave this industry. I suggest it takes courage to STAY in this industry. And what "dues" are you referring to? Did he "pay" something extraordinary? How is getting into this industry any different from going into the medical field, for example. Good grief. The bottom line is this individual has made the decision to leave this company, but before he does, he takes FMLA, (again, knowing full well he isn't returning) then goes on a forum to brag about his "sick" days. Where is the courage in that? You sir, just like this individual, lack work and personal ethics.

How long have you been at Skywest? How long have you been in the industry?

FWIW

this dude is also on the OC

And your point...?

You're starting to look really desperate. All you can do to shoot the union down is character attacks now? Sounds like it's going to pass to me.

Wow!

Why dont you grow some balls and share your name with us?

Jason, best of luck in your new path. I do have to warn you, being a stay at home dad is a hard job, speaking from personal experience. On call 24/7, serving three meals a day (like running a restaurant) not to mention driving to school, doctors appointments and the list goes on and on. Oh, and all those diapers, for me it was three boys under four, priceless. Dude, I lost 25 pounds and I was not even on a diet. The day does not end till everybody is in bed, and finally you hit the sack, till somebody starts crying at 3 am. Fun stuff but trust me, you will love it because you are caring for your child and not daycare.
