Maybe you should start a new thread with all of your complaints regarding line pilots.
We probably have no idea what we are doing.
We probably have no reason to call and question things like fuel and weather.
We probably have no expectations of getting at least 1/2 of our acars messages ignored.

'in my case I have called in sick 29 times in the past rolling 12 months."

Actually I am making fun of the "reliability report" with this thread,

And what really happened is that my reliabilty report was something like 10 or 12 and then when my FMLA started it began as emergency leave for the first half month for some reason and so my reliabilty report spiked to 29 (in error) and I thought it would be funny to post a screenshot of it here,
