Stif..

I just love how this moron wants to squabble over 50lbs of fuel, less than 9 gallons. I mean seriously, if you knew the company policy he could add it himself and never even have to go out of his way to call dispatch. I just wonder what he's going to do with all those divert numbers with an FMS deferred aircraft.

I don't know about him, but I'm calling my dispatcher. :)

by the way, this will only make sense to Skywest pilots, its a screenshot of our famous "reliability report" its on our front page of our employee section of the website, its so the company knows that you know they are actively tracking your absenteeism, in my case I have called in sick 29 times in the past rolling 12 months.

I wonder how many of your brother/sister pilots have been JA'd because you think this is funny?

Don't apply for work at SWA, ever! We don't need you or your demented sense of humor.

Believe me, this guy already knows he only thinks of one person. That's the reason he hasn't been back on here. I called him out for what he really was and hasn't even tried to refute it.

I guess you just don't understand irony. I know i can add it I just like being the boss of you, just like you like to come over to this board and stir up the pot. Whhaaat you don't like it when a raw nerve gets touched? While I may not agree with 'goos methodology here but I do know when your krap needs to be addressed. Moron, maybe, been called worse, but if you wanna go play pilot politics you gotta be a pilot, but alas you aren't. Now go back to your dispatch screen and dream about when you can go further than Cedar City in something other than your car( nothing more pathetic than a frustrated wanna-be pilot).
PBR
BUHBY, gotta go fly!

Wanna-be pilot? hehe. Whatever. But if you wanna go play dispatcher politics you gotta be a dispatcher, but alas you aren't. (Nothing more pathetic than a dispatch-bashing pilot with a God-complex)

Don't they already have a section for dispachers to whine about pilots on this website.

Yeah, we come to this board to bitch about you, and you come to our board to bitch about us. Don't you know the rules already? Jeez...try to keep up ok?

SWA GUY,

Don't even bother. PBR, Torque, and Jason have a strange way of showing professionalism. On the bright side, they probably wouldn't make it passed the SWA interview even IF they were to get one.

Cheers!

I said I could and effectively do fly without your"input", your "flightplans" are canned routes, that pop onto the release without your input. Divert fuel, that's rich! I can figger it out as close as necessary by plugging in the city pair into the flight plan loaded into the FMS legs section, I can add it to the alternate slot in the flightplan section of the FMS. As far as the 50lbs, just do it, last time I heard the Capt has that discretion, and you are just the hired help, so DO IT NOW!
PBR

PBR,

Are you truly that ignorant to think that you are anything more than on par with XPOO? You too are nothing more then hired help. A glorified bus driver, if you will. If you think of yourself as anything more, you are a dreamer. The sad part is I'm sure XPOO is aware of that fact and, unlike you, doesn't presume to be better than his fellow employees. You must be a thrill in the flight deck.

PBR,

If you are so such a mighty captain (you are a captain, right?) why don't you try knocking off 1000 lbs of fuel without the dispatchers agreement? Because last time I checked, if he doesn't agree with you, it won't happen. So explain: How exactly are you the boss of him? I'm just glad that in the 3 years I was at SkyWest, I never had to deal with you. And believe me, I know an A$$ when I meet one (or read what he writes).

XPOO, SWA GUY and MOJITO

Actually I am making fun of the "reliability report" with this thread,

And what really happened is that my reliabilty report was something like 10 or 12 and then when my FMLA started it began as emergency leave for the first half month for some reason and so my reliabilty report spiked to 29 (in error) and I thought it would be funny to post a screenshot of it here,

I definately got some panties in a wad,

hey XPOO, who are u?

I dont recall seeing any POO on any of my releases?

-Jason Ianiro

Not that you deserve any more of my time but if you had read the thread you would have seen this response from me, so in the future read the whole thread before you make stupid comments.

-Jason Ianiro

Yes and I also said if it was legit I was sorry for blowing the whole thing out of proportion.

XPOO you are annoying us. Most dispatchers leave us high and dry when weather gets bad (i realize you guy are grossly understaffed at most airlines) however you shouldn't feel bad if you don't feel all that welcome in here. Why don't you head back to the dispatcher section of F.info and complain over there. Believe me regional pilots earn their money and work hard. Goo is doing what is best for himself and his family, you are a troll that is pissing many of us off.

With that being said I am leaving the industry too so flame away I won't have to listen to dispatcher BS much longer.

Oh, I see, so if I lied on my profile and stated I were a pilot you'd have much more respect for my opinion on here? You'd be amazed how many people that post in the regional forums are actually dispatchers, their profiles just don't state it. So, you might just wanna leave FI.com too since your getting out of the whole industry.

You're a troll moron. Im glad i don't have to count on you on a dark stormy night. FYI im still a pilot, when i finish my masters and quit getting medicals/PCs' every 6 months I will leave FI.com and let all of you piss each other off in peace.

Back to the thread. Goo I found the humor in your thread, your getting out of the industry and care very little about what skywest thinks. QOL, a living wage and family/friends are all that matters in world. I'm leaving too in T-6months, see you on the other side. best of luck.

Finally will have your life back!

Right on Bro! (papps)

Good for you! Glad to see some folks are finally seeing the light and realizing that this career is a life suck, you give your whole life to this thing and it just wants more and more and more, and at the cost of everything else, health, family, finances, everything, I mean you cant even buy fresh veggies, you come home and they are rotten in the fridge, what a super welcome home at 11pm after a bee-yotch of a 4 day, and empty cold apartment and moldy food stinkin up the fridge, nice life, I feel bad for all the ones that wanna get out of this death spiral and are stuck,

anyhow rant over, congrats man!

P.S. (everyone else) this career is never going to be what it once was, so face the fact and do something now if you can before its too late. The days of glam (catch me if you can, though a bit of an embelleshment) are over!

Ok rant now over

Senior~ Gooey,

While I happen to GET your sense of humor, and defend you right to express it, I must disagree with you on some of your premi, or is it premisses?

Prior to regional flying, I ran a business and owned another. Great pay, hard work. Lots of hours away from my family.

I'm glad to be doing what I'm doing and wouldn't trade for nearly double the salary..and I'm lucky enough to have that option, many don't.

Not certain, but I think most that have the "Bailing" attitude, probably did NOT get into this business after years working in another industry. I do get the busted dream, no "Catch me if you can" lifestyle.

Things change.

I'm glad you figured out what IS more important to you, raising your kids.

Best of luck to you and your new job, SAHD.

:)
