We live in Fallbrook on and off, and the thought crossed my mind for a brief moment. I told my wife that startups rarely work out, and probably best I just keep my current gig. More commuting for me!

Looks like they're now planning to do what they should've from day 1; buy another existing certificate. My guess is Xtra or SkyKing from the description.
