I believe the final tally was 170. Not bad that 10% of the pilot group showed up. I saw at least 2 news crews and a couple of newspapers there.
 
And yet we still have Capts picking up time in the right seat and F/Os waiving the contract for an extra 30 pieces of silver in their pay check........

Start calling them out on your forums! Nothing like being famous for a few days, weeks, or whatever.

Prove it. Captains NOT flying the right seat is why the furlough guys got recalled quickly.
 
Not to mention we are way better staffed in the right seat vs left at the current time. It won't matter in 2 weeks anyway when the schedule cuts back, we will be way overstaffed in both seats on both airplanes. Get ready for 70-75 hour months until spring break next year guys (there may be an 80 hour month around the holidays).

If AirTran is so well staffed, why all the frantic calls from scheduling begging F/Os to fly for premium pay?

As far as 70 - 75 hour months are concerned, a pilot (even an F/O!) should be able to make a decent standard of living on a 75 hour month. Those that continually pick up time until they are pushing 100 hours are playing right into management's hands.
