The answer

Well it doesn't match the cabin size, but in all other aspects meets and exceeds your needs.

The Swearingen SJ30

It is faster than a Premier 1A
It has Hawker range (almost) at 2,500nm (1,800nm off MTOW)
Frugal on fuel 130gal 1st hr then 120-110 following
Cruise up to 49,000ft
Sea Level cabin to 41,000ft and only 1,80ft cabin at FL490
Single pilot certified, flight into known icing
In production and being delivered now...although production quantities are being ramped up as we speak.

From an owner standpoint the great thing about the excel, xls and the soon to be xls+ is that they hold thier value better than any aircraft on the market right now. I know a car dealer that has had the excel and xls and sold them after 2 years each to buy a newer one and each time he sold the aircraft for more than he paid for it. He currently has another xls and has an xls+ on order.

Also, the company that owns Harris Teeter based in CLT just sold their 2 excels that were about 5 or 6 years old to replace them with xls's. They sold each of them for more than they paid for them back 5 or 6 years ago.

Does Harris Teeter need another pilot to fly these new XLS? I'm a good pilot, who lives in CLT and I really need a new job:)

They actually have a joint flight dept. with Charlotte Pipe. It is called Teal Aviation and they are based at CLT over at Wilson. They don't do much hiring. People only leave to retire or medical. Pretty hard to get in. They also just bought a new Falcon 2000 last fall.

Seems that Cessna will to announce a New C.X this year as the Winglet upgrade is done, the "new" X will have the same avionics on the Sovereign, less empty weight and maybe an updated engine, and the Winglet, and a bit more LRC Range or a extra pax at LRC.

A better bet are the Ch300, or the Hawker Horizon, but you need to find one or wait until your next life, C.X for some operator maybe more flexible and cheaper, depends on your typical trips and maintenance costs.
