Hush genital. You know both sides are guilty of looking out for #1...just like every other pilot I've ever met.

Hush? YOU KNOW NOBODY ELSE HAS DISREGARDED A BINDING ARBITRATION AWARD. You know that. You hush. That side has NO honor. If you sign up for something, then follow through. What a bunch of jerks. Everyone should be ashamed of them. And how are the Westies guilty again? They followed through. They abided by the award. The only reason they didn't get to follow through fully is because they had fewer numbers than the East side. Tell me that is not true Cave. You can't.

Bye Bye---General Lee

USAPA is one vote away from going bye-bye and into the history book as the worst union ever....Parker threw USAPA a bone and is giving them a chance at defeat with honor....
You ever heard the term "Trojan Horse"? Prepare to be enlightened....

None of the "other parties" agreed to it yet...

APA has agreed to it. The board approved it 11-5. No need for membership ratification.

The NDA was written by AMR and the UCC. They are the one driving the bus. Believe me, they don't need USAPA to get the deal done. Inability to recognize one's position has always been US Air's Achilles Heel.

The new fantasy, AMerican Pilots will vote for USAPA as their new CBA. Why? To pull the same "we'll just change our name and disregard prior agreements" switcharoo that has worked so well for the East Idiots. DREAM ON

Management is offering the MOU. If USAPA votes it down, we stay at LOA 93 till completion of JCBA in 24 months.

Here, take 179/hour now or 124 for the next 2+ years

What other parties have not agreed to the MOU? USAPA is spinning a story, take the bone or stay on LOA 93 rates for 24 months if the merger goes down. C2004 and LOA 93 and the TA are still in effect with what ever changes the MOU addresses ( hint...the NIC. is still the list if not addressed in the MOU) Hummel and Co. will soon be null and void...

Exactly Carl. I only hope the East realizes that voting down the MOU does not stop the merger. All it stops is them getting off LOA 93 wages and work rules until the single carrier status is finalized about 24 months later.
Come on folks, it's been 7 years, let's get a raise.

Everyone keeps saying that, but for some reason DUI keeps coming to USAPA to ask for a "yes" on his proposal.

And you are one to talk about "inability", using a fruit technology. Duh.

Parker knows how to make it look like he is bargaining in good faith with the Pulled Pork Politburo, so he cc's them the MOU. USAPA on the other hand, not so much. They set themselves up for the hammer to come down hard. They haven't even given the appearance of representing the west. Heck, they never even make a meeting with the PHX local pilots.
