The company has "wiggle room" also. However the union wants to cherry pick the best of every agreement. That isn't going to work regardless of how much you or others want it to. Resign as LEC Sec./Treas. since you have failed to fufill your duties the pilots elected you to do. I call it theft and job abandonment. You call it personal vendetta.
