I hear 3 guys left for MGM Hotels, flying G-III, IV and V and a BBJ. Stating pay $124,000, second yr $145,000. A friend that fly's their said they were FO's with about 5 yrs. Source very reliable.

Actually, these guys are all 7th year FO's... about to cross into 8th year.

What are they suing them for? Do they have grounds to kick them out? It really is terrible to see all the undercutting. However, that is what the free enterprise system allows.

AQ has been hiring - they just started a class this week.

HA just recalled a bunch more with about 25 or so still left on the street.

phone calls were made today for September interviews.

HAL recalls are 13 as mentioned above, plus another 7 later this year (per Crew Planning dept), plus another 8 in summer next year. That will leave just over 20 still out, and doesn't account for any unplanned absences or growth. Let's start the hiring machine for '08!
