If this statement is true...sounds like Gallagher is cut from the same cloth as Orenstein. As Orenstein has shown, one can only float the company on the backs of the employees for so long before the lack of Management Skills come to the surface.Mr. Gallagher repeatedly and bluntly suggested that AAPAG was being greedy in believing it should be better compensated
Gallagher = Scumbag
Maybe you've been right all along ual
foot in mouth... publicly
Time to step up fellow aay slaves
They will be VERY lucky if they get anything even resembling those rates.
One meeting,,,,,,,,,,,,,,just one meeting and this has been blown out of proportion. Nobody knows what is or isnt going on. Just lots of ASSumptions.
Breathe, be calm................nothing has changed. How about negotiating first before you make your assumptions?This is about more than just one meeting. The meeting was a wakeup call and helped solidify the fears that many of us have had for a while now. We have two choices. One, we can heed the warning and take steps to possibly prevent our jobs from going down the toilet. Or two, we can continue on our current path, putting all of our faith in Maury that he will someday hopefully throw us a bone along his quest for 30%+ operating margins. Oh, and MAYBE he won't funnel all of our flying to another pilot group who undercuts our wages (if that's even possible with our payscale!). Please don't play roulette with our well being and with that of our families.
