Why not? Airtran flies 737's for same rate as 717's. I don't care if it's the same rate so long as that rate is high.

They want us to do it, but we told them no. But there are no plans for 757's right now anyway.
 
Even if we received SWA pay rates, our profit margin would still exceed 14%.
good to hear. get on it. :)

being industry leading in pay is not somewhere that SWA wants to be. It is good by me but I'd prefer if some other airlines could get their pay back (or up for the first time) to give us a better argument for higher rates next go round (assuming the TA which is currently before us passes).
 
At 10.83 cents profit per ASM, I find it hard to believe that if your wages were raised to industry standards that it would impact profits by less than 2%.
