The one area they can't seem to think outside of that box is in dealing with the pilot group. :bomb:

Unfortunately, that is a common factor among airline managers (LUV is the notable exception). And as long as you guys are willing to work for substandard narrowbody pay, they have no incentive to leave their comfy box.

You guys need to get on the stick and demand pay parity with other narrowbody operators. Until then, all you have is the hope they'll treat you fairly.
