Thats what they were saying a month ago in the SIC seminar. Possible hiring in late 2011 for 2012 classes. But more like early 2012 hiring. This for BM.

Pilots start training in Q1 so they are ready to fly by then end of Q2. Problem is, the pilots should have been back Q1'11. We're already canceling flights during the "low season."

I predict all bases flexing up over summer.

Cant flex up unless they are actively recalling pilots. The current schedule has guys who have been called back done by may. This summer will b ugly
