The highlights will be up on the NPA website this afternoon with updates as they get answers from the company on their questions. I'm not sure when the full language will be available
 
Full language will be available once the NPA recieves answers to their questions for clarification per Allens email at 11:27.

That makes me a little nervous... I thought language was a major point of this new contract i.e. to do away with questions.
 
No more door closed to door open for pay. That equals NO NO NO NO NO NO !!!!!!

Agree! that was a deciding factor for me too. Door to door is an industry standard. I will not fly for an airline that attemts to lower the standard while others are trying to get back what they've lost.

Why did the BOD sign off on it if they dont understand the language. There waiting for the company answers from question they asked. This makes no sense.
 
I think the pay isn't too bad. I bet when other companies like Delta, United, etc... go through their negotiations it'll be Airtran +1%. You guys are now the leaders of narrow body pay! Congrats
