Just because the crews have a conscience doesn't mean that all the members of senior management do as well...

I understand but those are the type crew I would prefer to work with. It makes work seem so much more like not work.....

Our HR people are top-notch as well; there's an obvious culture disparity (and airTran's not the only airline to suffer from this) between middle-management down through the rank and file employees and upper management.

Two completely different animals. Doesn't *HAVE* to be that way but, more often than not, it is. :(
