Sorry... do not buy the excuse that pilot numbers cause a compture program to run slowly...manual input and stupid restrictions cause it to slow down. People who do not care about the quality of life for a fellow employee cause it to slow down. I wonder if their work ethic would change if the pilot group or flight attendants dictated their quality of life. Almost all of the pilots that I have met are eager to help other employee groups with no expectations. Just a willing attitude to keep this airline on time and an enjoyable place to work. Certainly there are the 10 percent but few and far between. FLICA will work just fine if they would leave the reserves as reserves and not a suedo line holders to hide the time.
