Not 100% accurate

and I have flown 121... with an airline >>> and no it wasn't what I define as a Major Airline.... not that it makes a bit of difference to me

Oh really? So you have actually flown with a 121 airline, huh? Do tell, which one would that be? What you forgot to put at the end of your sentence was, "...as a passenger going to grandma's house". Or was it on Microsoft Flight Sim?

Either way, you don't fly for a Major, and based on your inadequate knowledge of what defines a Major nor any credible reference point to substantiate your revisionist history of what constitutes a Major, I'd say your battery is about dead.

Majors generally command higher pay and better contracts. THAT is why this is a big deal. Management would love for you to think otherwise so they could get you to accept inferior everything.

I think you yourself just proved why Air Tran isn't a Major!!!

This argument is older than your grandad's underwear. AirTran is the same size as Alaska or Jet Blue. Get a life. The only people that hang out in AirTran threads on F.I. and post this kind of stupidity are a small, sad group who got turned down for a job and want to take cheap shots at AirTran Pilots, who had nothing to do with your rejection letter . . . . unless we knew you personally, in which case we probably had a lot to do with it.

Ya know Punky...I could sit here all day and prove you wrong again and again just like I've been doing. It's getting quite redundant by now but....heck sure why not...one more time! Here we go:

According to one of your various interpretations (depending on day of the week or if it's THAT time of the month for you) of what a Major is, your latest classification is that AirTran is not a Major because it doesn't have Major airline pay.

Well isn't that special. Let's just do a little fact checking mmm-k.

You run along now and hop on your little skateboard and mosey on over to www.airlinepilotcentral.com

Once there, take a look at the posted Captain payscales for US Airways, America West, and United on B-737 equipment (all Majors because after all, they do make more than $1B/year) for years 8-12. You might want to bring a pencil. Then take a look at AirTran for the same metric. Guess who's paid the highest on like equipment? Hint: Begins with the letter "A".

Have a nice life flying your RJ scooter for the rest of your career troll.

You Eastern boys crack me up!

Again I must say that riding on Air Tran isn't so bad. I think your company makes an effort to do things right and better than the competition. Fares are cheap too.

I think the last count of ex-Eastern still here was approx. 20, but that number may even be lower now due to retirements and medical outs. That's out of 1700 pilots on property.

How many ex-Eastern do you have flying at the Fractional that you work for? Your company still continues to buy you tickets on AirTran for crew movement, that's why you apparently fly on us as much as you do...so thanks for the revenue.

Got an issue, have a #$% tissue, bee-yotch!

Critter:laugh:

Thanks for helping make my point, 400 a-hole/Chuck Yogurt/Lawman/Fireman/whatever else you call yourself:
