I am don't think it is employer specific. UAL and CAL would have married a long time ago if not for dems in the house.
A SWA or Fedex guy can have the same opinion.

Have heard rumblings of AMR perhaps having discussions with Airbus recently. The thought process was to acquire A321 to replace some of the 75's.

That would be a hugh mistake . 321 can't carry the weight the distance the 757 can.
