We have hundreds of pilots who did not have 121 experience before AWAC. Myself included. Most time similar to the EMB-110 experience you have. A LOT of ex-metro drivers work here. I flew with an FO the other day who had worked for a company called AirNow flying EMB-110's as a PIC. I would send in resumes every which way you can even if you dont know anyone.

He has been with us for over a year and a half. Also, I think he flew for Ameristar after AirNow and then came to us. Could have been a while back. If I see him I will him know about this site and you.
