Has anyone gotten a call back for an interview since going to the MEM information session? Any one...

I have a friend who went to the MEM recruitment session, and they told him to wait to january, i know that he hasn't heard anything yet. I went to the job session the week before in VA, and luckily got in for an interview. I think they are done with interviewing for now, but they did mention january.

hey Logolight....i'll catch you out on the line....i just finished systems class today....thats probably one of the reason's im so optimistic

I thought Air Willy had more sense than to take guys from the "pilot mills"

The only problems that I saw where with high time guys. Maybe that's why they like low-timers - no bad habits?

there were 3 guys in my class from NDU....they were the low time guys (i think the lowest was around 550 TT).....as for the rest of us....only one guy had flown a CRJ and he was not typed....the rest of us had either some 121 or 135 experience....but not necessarily a lot of time....it really seemed to be all about being relaxed but confident (obviously not cocky) in the interview...they did a great job of keeping a comfortable atmosphere during the entire thing.....training was the same way....obviously a ton of info....but never overwhelming

For the guys that just finished systems...where are they sending you for the sim training?

Mayday

split about 50/50 to Denver and Dulles......the transition guys are starting immediately....us new hires are on paid vacation for 3-5 weeks before starting
