The pilots you mentioned add up to about ~40 pilots who are in the G450 and global. Of which, ~7 or 8 are from the original Flexjet who are low on the seniority list. That's roughly 40 pilots out of 600 post furlough! If there's system flush, yes those 30 pilots may lose their seats, but the true victims will be the 140+ pilots who were stapled to the bottom of the new SL? And of that 140, 80% are captains, who earned their seats by seniority! They will be flushed out of their seats. Flushed because of 40 pilots? ******************** no! The sad thing is, flops leadership at the IBT knows this. They're using the union to screw the flex pilots anyway they can and guarantee the option pilots along with the super senior at flex, the choice seats at flex.

I for one will not bite. You have zero support from me. You screwed me once, you won't me again.

What are you talking about? This post makes no sense.

You're preaching to the choir singing the pied piper's song. They have all to gain and nothing to lose.

As the furlough line creeps higher and previous captains start to feel the heat the rhetoric will increase as will the cry for a system flush.

It's a foregone conclusion. Keep the resume up to date and hope for a way out.

There will be no bump and flush. The closest thing to a flush that has ever happened was NWA/Republic. The Robert's Award forced some guys into training every three months to maintain an insane ratio. It cost management millions and the pilots hated it too. The arbitrators have not made, and will not make that mistake again. There will be no system flush.

Makes no difference what happens. It's in The Arbitrators hands and he has to unravel the mess that Management and the IGMs have made. Due to the lack of solidarity everyone will get what it deserved maybe some not so much.

Why haven't a sexual harassment charge been brought up if this pilot was really watching porn in a cockpit that other crew members could see????? Where's the lawyers for this????as far as Flex pilots worrying about junior Flops guys they only care about their individual selves they don't care a rats azzz about their fellow pilots. Who's going to ND to Pickett????? Let's get a body count on this. COME ON 1108!!! Bring the fight of you wanna win this fight!!!!!!

It's not harassment unless he was offended and asked the guy to stop displaying porn.

It was not Club. It is my understanding the guy did object. He went to HR. I'm not sure if he is going to escalate it or not. But this is still early in the process.

Yeah ok. Let's make it sound better than it is. Both of the responses here from union "leaders" stupifies and minimizes the smoke behind this giant dumpster fire that is the new Flexjet.

Regardless of whatever this pilot does (while he's a fine guy, I'm doubtful he will do anything since he is a very typical Flexjet pilot) where is the utter outrage for our new "culture"?

Watch porn all you want. I don't even care if your thing is midget monkeys screwing dolphins. But can we all agree it has no place in thr cockpit for a variety of reasons?

But as long as it doesn't offend you, right?

Oh can I add: where the **** was RH, your lord and savior of all things Flexjet when this was happening?

Sitting right in the room where BS & JW told this guy it was a demotion or the street.

I agree it's totally wrong. Just saying it's not lawsuit material. They also would not pay him the bonus he has earned up to this point. He asked to be transferred to another gulfstream and they told him him no, so he was sent to 300 school. Shortly afterwards they called him up and asked him to fill on another gulfstream that is short handed all of a sudden. It's a total mess. If he wasn't a union supporter before the experience probably made him one. He asked why he was being removed from the airplane if he did nothing wrong and they didn't have a good answer, other than the airplane manager being an FOK.
