It was not Club. It is my understanding the guy did object. He went to HR. I'm not sure if he is going to escalate it or not. But this is still early in the process.

Yeah ok. Let's make it sound better than it is. Both of the responses here from union "leaders" stupifies and minimizes the smoke behind this giant dumpster fire that is the new Flexjet.

Regardless of whatever this pilot does (while he's a fine guy, I'm doubtful he will do anything since he is a very typical Flexjet pilot) where is the utter outrage for our new "culture"?

Watch porn all you want. I don't even care if your thing is midget monkeys screwing dolphins. But can we all agree it has no place in thr cockpit for a variety of reasons?

But as long as it doesn't offend you, right?

Oh can I add: where the **** was RH, your lord and savior of all things Flexjet when this was happening?

Sitting right in the room where BS & JW told this guy it was a demotion or the street.

I agree it's totally wrong. Just saying it's not lawsuit material. They also would not pay him the bonus he has earned up to this point. He asked to be transferred to another gulfstream and they told him him no, so he was sent to 300 school. Shortly afterwards they called him up and asked him to fill on another gulfstream that is short handed all of a sudden. It's a total mess. If he wasn't a union supporter before the experience probably made him one. He asked why he was being removed from the airplane if he did nothing wrong and they didn't have a good answer, other than the airplane manager being an FOK.

Like hell it's not lawsuit material. Maybe it's not one this particular pilot wants to pursue but that's not the same thing. I feel for the guy, I really do, but seriously this is a screwed up situation all around.

The real question is why wasn't this aircraft manager fired? Because it could not be proven or because he was an FoK? A quick trace of the airplane wifi should tell the story. Do you think if a union supporter was in the same boat the outcome would be even remotely similar?

By the way there is a history here that tells a different story. Do you remember the guy who was fired for porn showing up on his company device, regardless of the fact it was not "used" during duty hours?

Your lord and savior sold this particular pilot (who could never jump on the union train because of good old Rick) down the river.

But ho hum... life goes on and nothing's rotten in Cleveland, I mean Dennmark, right?

He got zero support from RH. You expected anything else? And I'm not trying to make this sound better than it was. There is simply nothing I can do. He has to escalate this. If he doesn't, it dies. Nothing anyone else can do.

And wasn't there some nsfw stuff found on RH's computer during the JC fiasco? Hmm?
