Despite CA-Mark's objections, well keep the polls open until this thread falls off the first page of popularity in "majors". Also a few of you guys suck at math. 27 to 22 is not 2:1 The math is (rounded) 45% Yea and 55% Nea.
The military guys are even and the all civilian time guys lean Nea.
