This whole thing reminds about this guy I flew with in my previous job. He claimed to have a 747 type rating.

Now, I've never worked for UPS and I don't even know a pilot there......but I'm certain most don't put their ID in a wallet or get hammered before the 6am honolulu.

I'm not a real doctor, but he sounds like he may be schizophrenic. Sure enough, I ran into this who must be this guys dad when I was commuting home yesterday. He is an F-16 pilot with the CAP, an atomic war general in the 70's, and shot down two MIG's and had the keys to prove it, worked with a 5.1 star general, was an NYPD sniper instructor, was friends with Tim Tebow from the university of miami, was a 33rd degree mason.....and he dated beautiful women.

I'd say it might depend on how far he went with the whole "impersonating an officer" thing. And as funny as I think it is that ALPA has this all over their faces, I also have to thank them in a way for revealing this fraud and bringing it to light. I honestly think this kid may have some mental issues and if so, has no business handling the lives of men, women, and children.
