RP....I commend your accountability....If you worked at Indy, I remember you...We spoke several times in the jetway at ORD when I was taking a 170 from you.....I hated the treatment so much at RAH, I resigned....Our times are comparible....Did you have someone walk your resume in at Allegiant????

Thanks Sir. It's really gotten out of control recently at RAH. They've been bypassing several 170 FO's for upgrade positions due to the fact that they are short on 170 FO's. It also appears they are trying to keep everyone on the same certificate when they upgrade in order to save money. Big surprise on that one huh? The wonderful Teamsters haven't done much about it either besides "looking into it."

As far as Allegiant, no, I didn't have anyone walk my resume in. A buddy of mine that I knew from college got hired there back in April so I gave the CP his name in the interview. He called him after I left the interview. You can get in without any letters of rec from AAY pilots or turbine PIC. There are a lot of great AAY guys on here that have offered advice and are more than happy to answer questions about the company. Send me a PM and let me know who you are.
