D'uhAngelo = bootlicker.

ATI guys, great show of solidarity. Clearly you're all pulling together on this.

If only those flying the ALPA flag had that kinds of guts.

Wahddya mean? Heck, if only the ALPA membership had that kind of guts. Let's see....if they would attend enough LEC meetings to introduce/pass resolutions to recall MEC's...just think of how that would be received in D.C. But if the recalls start, you better have somebody waiting in the wings to carry the ball. Cn't just recall just to recall.

But it is probably the same old drill....at my former legacy carrier, we always had the same 15 Pilots show up for the LEC meetings out of a base of over 400 pilots.....always something more important to do....

It's time for you to study up on your union law. "Good faith" simply means that the company (or the union) actually is willing to negotiate instead of to demand. That is a legal requirement under law. As soon as they move from negotiation to demanding, then it's ok to self-help (look it up).

It's usually not appropriate to even use the words "final" or "last offer", that is often taken by the courts to be not negotiating in good faith.

You sound like an idiot, by the way.

Why is it not appropriate. It actually would be bad faith if it truly is the final offer to not say so. That way people know whats at stake. I most certainly don't see unions trying new things in this tough buisness. Somehow they think pretty picket signs will make everything all right. Time to get a new game plan.

As T-Gates mentioned, you obviously have no idea what is going on with ATI right now, so please stop making an idiot out of you’re self.

Another example of unions leading good companies into the recycle bin. ummm ya unemployment is really better than a fair contract. Too bad unions have absolutely no vision or solution for the future. They sit there and whine about negotiating in "good faith" That has got to be the most annoying term ive ever heard. They complain and complain yet never offer any solution

Maybe if we can get rid of Duane Worthless we can actually fight management and improve our lives rather then lining that piece of ********************s pockets.

Still waiting to hear your opinion on the Vichy French vs the French Resistance. Which one would you have been in?

Ever hear of "united we bargain, divided we beg?"
