You are probably the first and only poster on flightinfo to admit that you were an imposter. Good for you for clearing the air.

Now, if we could only get the OTHER imposters to come forward....

Definitely good post!

But Big D...the heck with the Legacy thread...how can we get this one to 2000 posts?

It will probably happen, as this is now a sticky thread. (I just noticed now)

Congratulations ERJ-140, this is courage, My Best Regards.

I hope to see more postings from you.

Yep, all of my sentiments have been voiced here as well. There are literally literally thousands of great people who are members of this board and it is a place where a wealth of knowledge and experience can be tapped into.

It's really up to all of us to use this forum for what it was designed for- a place where information can be shared on all things aviation while at the same time having some fun.

This action represents contrition and more importantly, forgiveness on the part of some members. Good show to you all!

And now back to the work of culling out those who make negative contributions or demean the profession of piloting aircraft with those contributions.

Be well everyone.

Good form man...good form! I'm also impressed with everyone else's understanding. Can't you just feel the love? ;)

Seriously though...mature way to handle a tough situation.

I've been out of the country for a few days, get home and log on. I see ERJ's latest post and, sad as it is to admit, thought to myself..."now whats he up to?" What a surprise, indeed.

Hats off to you ERJ. Congrats on taking the high road. We can all be a pretty harsh group to bluff, but we're honest and caring enough to accept you back when you're strong enough to admit your mistake in such a public forum.

Welcome back!

Yeah, we're a pretty understanding bunch ERJ....

But your plane still sucks! ;)

Heh heh heh! Hey, not trying to be too flip about this whole mess I started but... Will I be burned at the stake if I say I still love my little whistling $-can of death, the Legacy?

*ducks*

That wouldn't be a gentle dig at a certain "350-Bus Driver" would it? Hope your doing better.

Doing much better thanks!

Well, it beats the heck out of the 30 year old turboprops I've been flying lately!
