This thread is useless without Q400 payrates.

I meant to quote this post, not the above.

Here is ASA rates according to APC...

The 200 hundred rates at Pinnacle at DOS are better than ASA 200 rates, unless APC is not up to date.

ASA CRJ 200 Rates, Effective 11/20/10:

Captain

1 $56.39
2 $59.62
3 $63.67
4 $65.66
5 $67.67
6 $69.77
7 $71.93
8 $74.15
9 $76.43
10 $78.82
11 $81.26
12 $84.13
13 $86.35
14 $89.02
15 $91.78
16 $94.53
17 $96.89
18 $99.31

FO

1 $23.00
2 $35.77
3 $38.20
4 $39.40
5 $40.60
6 $41.86
7 $43.16

ASA's 50 seat rates are middle of the pack, honestly. However, we recently got an increase in min day (3.86) and vacation pay (24.5), and have one more DOS raise next year.

The payrates on this are wrong for ASA, it does not take into account the DOS + 3. On average, the rates are about $2/hr higher.

How do you get a $2.00/hour raise on a 1% rate increase?

Hess saying that the ASA Rates are about $2/ hr higher with the increase. Not that the increase is $2/hr.

As usual we got plenty of haters who have nothing but negative stuff to say. That is a very decent payscale. Congrats to the guys at Pinnacolaba. Definitely sets the standard for ASA/XJT JCBA.

Also for newbies it looks like the days of poverty level wages for new hire FOs are coming to an end finally. $29 1st year pay for CRJ FOs in 2015

Sub-30K is still chump change for a professional jet pilot.

It's chump change, bit no longer poverty. We have and can continue to go go on and on about what a professional pilot deserves. But its all just a waste of time talking about a wet dream. This career is not about what you deserve, It's what you negotiate

It's also five years from now.

Difference is YOUR rates are 5 YEARS FROM NOW

It's also five years from now.

Ah ha! Now I can prove that at least one other person hasn't had any kool-aid this week.

Plus, how long will it be till the next contract is signed? You screwballs are going to have $25k/yr FOs in 2020? I'm not a Beck fan and I don't own gold (mostly cuz im poor) but you people need to realize that in 2015, 2020 -- 25k/yr will EASILY be poverty wages.
