Clarification

My wife originally read me the letter over the phone, I checked it out when I got home. Turns out they want $25 for my copy of the records, I guess they already got the $25 from New Employer. I just called Old Employer up and told them not to worry about my copy.

Thanks for the help.

i would send the motherfukcers $25 worth of pennies. it would cost a lot more to mail it, but it would be worth it.

An air carrier who receives a request for records under 49 U.S.C. § 44703(h)(1) or (6) may establish a ‘reasonable charge’ for the cost of processing the request and furnishing copies of those records, and present a statement to the requesting air carrier or third party agent for payment. The applicant as well, if he/she requested a copy of those records, may also be charged for the furnishing of those records. (49 U.S.C. § 44703(h)(7)).

Thanks for doing the work, pilotyip!
