So what? That doesn't NOT make them an LCC. Anyone can be a Major. Even Comair, Express Jet, and Sky West are majors. How does that define you as an airline? It doesn't. For SWA, LCC category does.

If you fly an airplane that requires the pilots to also be the flightattendants, Do you call them a regional carrier a lcc or ?

I could be wrong, it's happened before, but I'm thinking there are plenty sitting in a dessert somewhere that wouldn't take much to be changed over to a SWA config.
