I think the most fun way to assign seniority in class would be to have one of those bingo tumblers with the ping pong balls in it...put everyones name on a ball and draw one at a time. Now that would make the first day a lot more exciting!

I think that is a great idea. here is an even better one: find some way to "score" each prospect in their interview. When class starts, integrate them via their score. Either that or random in my book. Of course, nobody asked me.
