    JFK controller?

    Does anyone know what ever happend to the ATC who let his kids use the radios and clear planes for takeoff last summer? For the record: I was NOT "up in arms" about this..I'm just wondering if cooler heads prevailed.... Thanks.

    Atlantic FBO Award points...

    I have 27, and don't think I'll get 40 before the end of the year. I'm willing to buy what I need for $5 each, or sell mine (or a portion of) for $5 each; hopefully nobody will end up having useless ticket vouchers on December 31. Any takers for a swap PM me. Thanks.

    History Channel's Most Dangerous Airports

    Anyone catch this piece yet? Pretty interesting. I've only been to 3 of the top 10 most dangerous airports in the world. I don't see what is so dangerous about St. Maarten; as a pilot, I don't care if people are hanging off the fenceline while I'm adding takeoff power. Also, not sure why...

    Our company recently started flying aircraft with APU's. I'm wondering what other pilots do while using the APU...is one pilot required to stay with the aircraft? Or is it acceptable to leave the plane alone for a period of time while in the FBO? Then, how long is too long? Thanks
