Written exams ever change???

I'm getting ready to take the FE Written (again)....my Gleim book is copywrited 2000...have the written changed a lot over the years? I know there's going to be small changes like regs, but are there any major changes that would require me to purchase the new updated book? because I'm way too cheap to buy one....
