Besides SWA being one of two majors hiring this year, why do so many people want to work for them? My understanding of SWA is that flying 1000 hard hours a year is not uncommon, their pilots are under paid, pay for training requirement (737 type required prior to hire) and no retirement fund...

NetJets' web site says that you can apply by mailing a cover letter and resume or emailing them. Does anyone know what they prefer? Should I email them a copy of both or would sending them a paper copy be better, or do both?

Can anybody tell me if FlightOptions has gateway cities or does everything originate from Cleveland? If no gateway cities, do you have to relocate to Cleveland or are there any options that allow you to commute?
Also, does FlightOptions require training contracts like EJA?
