Thanks for all of the responses. I have already looked in the pubs and other obvious places for these planes. I was hoping to use the power of flight info to aid in my search. Maybe someone out there knows something, or someone that might have what I am looking for.

Aside from the obvious....American. Does anyone know where I could find 5-7 flyable (airworthy) MD 80's to buy or lease? Preferably nothing older than 20 years old.

A couple quick facts:
-the company is making money...turned a profit the past 6 quarters despite fuel being up something like 250%
-the company has paid off $6 BILLION in debt and put another $3 BILLION in the bank that makes that cash balance about $6 BILLION

Let me correct something......
the TRI during a Standard (reduced) power takeoff is going to be a value more than ambient temp (outside temp 28c TRI 50) if the outside temp was the same as the TRI temp then you would be getting MAX power

As far as the companies that can jump systemwide the list is rather short:
Alaska, Aloha, Northwest, Piedmont, Polar, Continental, Delta...
I was jumpseating a while back , while introducing myself and talking shop, I noticed that the FMA window said something other than TAK OFF prior to departure. We got off on a tangent and I forgot to ask why? Maybe it was changed sometime after I left the cockpit?
Thanks
