He was referring to the 4th Hispanic arbitrator. You know, the one they've hired a super-expensive lobby firm to grease the palms of.
I mean, look how good they did getting that release they were saying was imminent all the time.
Actually not. It's exactly what I would expect from a merger committee that was representing me or anyone else. The fact that disclosure was fought so hard will not go unnoticed by the Arbitrator(s).
I wanna know who we're merging with next. I mean after all, they're turning our sUAL 757's in to beer cans...so we must be "right-sizing" for something. Right? Right?
What about the resolution that requires any substantial change to pay, work rules, retirement, or job protection provisions to be put to a pilot vote?
CAL pilots -- so smart we even outsmart ourselves. :D
"But I have a glaaaaaaandular condition!"
Right. And if you quit shoveling mass quantities of crap in your mouth and got off your lazy ass, your metabolic system has a funny way of self-regulating.
Obesity is sad but society's handling obese people with kid gloves just pisses me...
One of the best ways to avoid even going on strike is to vote YES on the strike vote.
And if you plan on honoring the picket line anyhow, what's the harm in voting yes? Approval of the strike ballot doesn't mandate a strike, or even obligate you to.
Bet that's the last time you get the extra spicy curry from the food court.
The same folks should do a documentary where they crash a remotely-piloted 757 @ 40 degrees of pitch and 490 knots. Maybe then some of the 9/11 truthers will STFU about UAL 93.
This right here.
The primary problems I saw were related to operator error, primarily in the way of beam tilt management and a poor understanding of the main limitation of the system (small dish, big beam).
