AMR, American & American Eagle Now Agree

I'd love to know where you guys are getting this info that the APA has given into AA on the ASM Cap? I'm an APA member and haven't seen anything.

    Here it comes Eagle

What are the current CRJ and CRJ70 Pay rates for Capt at Eagle?
  4. FLYnMONKEYS

    ACA incident at ORD

It is a commuter airplane. So is the CRJ700. No mainline airline operates them thus it's a commuter/connection/express/or regional aircraft. Don't get wrapped up in a word. The only thing that matters is your contract. ACA has the best one in the industry to fly that commuter aircraft.

    Jumpseating might be back soon

This isn't any big secret. The fact is pilots jumpseat and foreign carrier airline pilots can't jumpseat on a us carrier.

    Jumpseating might be back soon

Isn't Alitalia still on the AFL-CIO boycott list? Regardless, I don't think any 121 US airline is gonna take a foreign airline pilot.

    ALPA pro's and con's

Re: Ludicrous I shouldn't even respond to you because you are so ignorant but.....you don't know what you are talking about. True Unions weren't started with airline pilots in mind but they are very necesarry in comercial aviation. I've been a member of the two unions you mentioned. Yes...

    Eagle getting EMB-190

Re: new plane for eagle I think you better put the crack pipe down. Do you really think Eagle will be getting the emb 170 or 190? How many planes will they have to park/sell for each one that comes on property. The only way that will happen is if ALL furloughees at AA are brought in to fly...

    American to announce...

Re: The missing link... Even though the callsign and the paint are the same they are seperate airlines operationally. TWAllc is on a completely seperate certificate. Not only would it require differences training, it would also require Indoc.

    Shooting at LAX Int'l Terminal

OK miss Crabtree you got me on my English. Metro, I don't care what you think about my feelings towards the people who have killed so many innocent people. In the 30's and 40's they had a name for them.....Nazi. Now........well let's just say that Friggin Raghead is about as mild as I can come...

ASA news: new uniform, new city

Perhaps my wife needs to switch us back to caffeinated coffee. I agree with you, after I posted it I thought maybe I had missed your point.

ASA news: new uniform, new city

So when it comes down to hat brass you aren't Delta? Many on these boards have tried to pound home the "one company" philosophy. Remember all the profits go in the same bank account. So it is my belief that when a company is financially hurting things like hat brass are a stupid thing to waste...

ASA news: new uniform, new city

It's nice that a company that is in such financial turmoil that they have had to declare force majeure, disregard contracts, and crap on their employees can see fit to waste money on something as trivial as hat brass. What a bunch of crap.

    Anyone fly for the USPS??

Don't forget that every airliner flying has some USPS mail in it. From B1900 all the way up to 747's.

    Shooting at LAX Int'l Terminal

I guess I'm not aloud to refer to the terrorist that attacked these people as a FRIGGIN RAGHEAD!!! Funny how all the Sept 11 hijackers were all FRIGGIN RAGHEADS, and all of the Suicide Bombers in Israel are FRIGGIN RAGHEADS. So, if I'm on an airplane and some nut job is trying to pull something...

    Pax suspected pilots drunk

Dude don't be so thick. You know everytime something from the industry ends up in the news some jackass always has to say something. Remeber all the "how'd you sleep last night" or "are you getting tired" comments after Little Rock? You actually think this idiot had any credible reason for...
