The other day I walked through the metal detecter with a clear bottled water and the lady took it from me and told me she was going to have to run it through the x-ray.
Like these other guys said - who cares just do whatever you want to. Even if they take your license, they can only take it one time. Seriously though, I think I have heard of people having a waiver of some sort to fly some of the dual pilot Citations single pilot. Anyone else know of this?
Exactly. But I think what he was saying is if they raise the retirement age to 65, they will end up adjusting the scale so that the pay doesnt top out til 17 years of pay to make up for the extra money they will be paying. I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see that happen.
Geez thats like the second time in a week someone has given me a hard time about the pro. Haven't updated it since I joined. How would I be able to jumpseat if i didnt work 121? Is there anyone who can answer my question without worrying about my profile? If so thanks.
When you jumpseat do you normally carry on your rollerboard and your flight case or do you end up having to check one or both? It seems like everytime I get on a plane the overhead bins are already just about full but I never see pilots at baggage claim either.
