Being an Instructor (IPA, Im not Management) at UPS, I can tell you that 258 is not our max. Its not much more than 300, but wanted to get the facts out there. If UPS is going to hired more than 400, we'll probably need to "outsource" our training... 258 is correct for the number from 05, and...- BIGBROWNDC8

UPS email?
My guess for a Capt is around $235-$240 an hour year one (DOS) Hopfully the %ages will change for the year 2-7 FO/FE, if they got up a few %, I think the average rate for an FO will be $150-$170 an hour year (DOS)- BIGBROWNDC8

Aaaa-HELLO!!! Just because UPS has hired enough FE's to fill for the age 60 mass exodus, just in case we get a pilots contract in the next few months, doesnt mean we as an airline are over staffed... Nazi, Only two Huh. So whats wrong with SWA??? I would consider a job with them a long term job. You might not like flying passengers, but some people prefer doing that over boxes... SWA survived 9/11 pretty good and have hired many more pilots than we have post 9/11... Just a thought- BIGBROWNDC8
