As much as everyone seems to be against lowering the upgrade mins, it will become a necessity. The combination of more planes, even higher attrition when the majors start hiring, many large classes of new hires with a max of 500 total, and already abysmal captain staffing will cause this.
I guess that I'll be the first one to bite... What pay cut are you referring to? Because Pinnacle has not taken any pay cuts and is actively fighting for at least an industry standard contract. Please check your facts before accusing Pinnacle of being an active participant in the race to the bottom.

Pinnacle- you need 48 hours notice to be assigned any CDO with less than 6 hours on the ground, normally 5 hours scheduled/ 4 hours unscheduled for a dayroom, and always hotels on CDOs.
