    AirTran management pilots

    At some point airlines will have to hire pilots again. Delta, United, FedEx, etc... all have people that will either turn 65 or die. I don't think it will be the pilotmageddon that has been preached to me for years, but hiring will happen before my class date at SWA.

    When this thing started I never worried about SWAPA. SWAPA has never screwed me... I was terrified of ALPA. They never fail to screw up a pay raise. To this day SWAPA or SWA offered: Pay raise Base Capt. Seats ALPA turned that down because they wanted more. Bravo.

    It was the same list as the one we got. Sorry we moved up a hundred numbers on an 8000 pilot list. So yes 86 percent of us liked the list, Atlanta base, sixty percent pay raise, and captain seats... Because we took a lot less.

    I have an easier way... All you have to do is figure out which airline SWA will buy next and then get a job there. I used this method to great success and will be hosting a seminar for $100 a person to teach you how to become a SWA pilot.
